Self catering prices stated below are per week, but short breaks are welcome outside of the peak periods of July & August. Prices include bed linen and towels, electricity, gas heating and broadband internet access.

Highland Club Short breaks are available at discounted prices we cannot guarantee availability as the apartment is normally booked in advance, but we do get the occasional cancellation. Check availability and book online.

Weekly prices - Old School 11 Apartment - min £350 max £595

Short breaks are accepted subject to availability from £250

2009 prices are discounted due to development in other parts of the Abbey.
Inconvenience to our visitors though should be minimal and should not affect your enjoyment of the Abbey the apartment or the quality of your Loch Ness Experience.

Payment methods.

If you would like to make a reservation, please book online, phone 01456 486631 or e-mail us to check availability. We require 25% of total payment as deposit, this payment confirms your booking. Rental periods start at 4pm on Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. We will hold provisional telephone reservations for one week, pending receipt of your deposit. Balance 75% is due for payment six weeks before the start of your holiday. Prices include bed linen, towels, electricity gas and wireless broadband using your own laptop. Sorry pets are not possible.
