Lounge before furnishingsWe took possession of keys to the apartment a week before Christmas 2006 and now will be able to update pictures as the furnishings go in. We will put pictures here as soon as this happens. you can see some pictures of the apartment in the picture gallery

We ensure that everything is just perfect for your arrival and that it is clean and warm with beds made so that you can start your self catering holiday from the moment you arrive.

apartment living space with curtainsWalks, straight into the forest or onto the hills from the doorstep, and access to Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal is from within the Abbey grounds where one of the finest views of Loch Ness can be had here. Also within the Abbey grounds is a tennis court and a cricket/football field for the sports enthusiasts amongst you.

there will in due course be a swimming pool and spa facility along with a recreation room offering a full size snooker table and possibly a bar. The bar though is not yet a certainty.

  • Comfortable open plan living space with designated areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. Digital reception freeview TV. DVD and CD/Radio There is also good selection of books and games.
  • Kitchen is fully fitted and equipment includes, granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and grill and four ring gas hob.   
  • Bathroom with bath, and shower over the bath, basin, WC. shaver socket and heated towel rail.
  • Two bedrooms: one en-suite with Kingsize bed, and one with twin beds ( bathroom adjacent).
  • Private designated parking spaces for self catering visitors outside the apartment entrance
  • There is no specific garden attached to the accommodation but self catering guests have access to all of the 20 acres of garden grounds for picnics playing games and fishing in the grounds which stretch right down to the shores of Loch Ness and to the banks of the Caledonian canal.
